While you were enjoying your summer break, something old – became new again! Your cafeteria is now run by Campus Kitchens and the same old faces are back again. Deborah and Desiree will continue to greet you every day with exciting food selections. Joining them in the kitchen is Chef Tran with some new creations for your enjoyment.

The owners of Campus Kitchens are Ann & Tom Bassett – Ann was instrumental in starting Café Merici and will continue to raise the bar in food choices. Ann & Tom have a daughter attending Justin-Siena High School and therefore are keenly aware of the importance of a nutritious, good tasting and affordable meal.

Ursuline neither charges, nor is charged, for providing this new cafeteria service. As a result, Campus Kitchens can meet our requirement of providing quality food at very reasonable prices. Just as in the past, we can also help keep the costs low through the help of parent volunteers during break and lunch service times.

Café Merici offers healthy choices such as salads and publishes their menus for the month so that students can anticipate each day’s menus. Campus Kitchens is also open to any suggestion that will improve your overall experience while enjoying Café Merici.
