Organizations and Clubs

Ursuline offers a variety of organizations and clubs so that everyone can find an activity of interest. Clubs often support service, social, and or individual development. Everyone is encouraged to participate!

6th Man Club: This club supports Cardinal Neman’s Basketball Teams. Both Ursuline and Newman students are welcome to join the club, wear the 6th Man T-shirt, and cheer on the basketball teams.

Art Club: Have fun exploring your creative side through projects, shows and field trips conducted by this imaginative club.

Campus Cleanup Club: Help our school janitorial staff keep our campus clean, and earn service hours through this after school activity. You’ll have fun and help make our campus even more beautiful.

Danger Zone: Support Newman’s football team by sitting in the Danger Zone. Be part of our spirited and supportive student body!

Drama Club: Be a part of our extra-curricular productions. There is a role for everyone from the lighting technician to the costume and stage designers to the director and the stars.

Foreign Animation: Share anime information and watch anime shows. This club is for current and aspiring foreign animation aficionados.

Interact Club: This organization is a part of the greater Rotary Organization and focuses on community service.

Junior State of America: This is the club for our future community leaders. Members attend debate conferences throughout the state that focus on our country’s most controversial issues.

LINK: Apply to be a part of the LINK crew and serve not only in the orientation process of new students, but also as an ambassador of the school at feeder school campuses and at important events on our own campus.

Latin Club: Learn this ancient language and participate in special, Latin culture related events.

Model United Nations: Represent a foreign country at mock United Nations assembly meetings throughout California.

Spanish Club: Learn the language and enjoy the culture of Spanish speaking countries.

Travel Club: Enjoy several trips around the North Bay and Bay Area experiencing a variety of cultures and fun!

W.H.A.T. We’ll have acceptance together: A club that focuses on increasing understanding of and respect for diverse cultures and beliefs.
