A biker gang, or "outlaw motorcycle club", is a street gang whose members ride and share enthusiasm for motorcycles. To qualify as this, the members have to actively participate in illegal activity as part of their function.

- Billy Grey Billy Grey is the President of the Lost MC. He is the main antagonist and an important character in The Lost and Damned.
- Brian Jeremy Brian Jeremy is the Club Secretary of the Lost MC. After Billy's arrest, he betrays The Lost Brotherhood and blames Johnny for "ratting him out".

- Johnny Klebitz Johnny Klebitz is the leader of the Liberty City biker gang located in Alderney, the Lost Brotherhood. He is the main protagonist of the Lost and Damned.
- Maureen Corley Maureen (also known as "Mo") is Malcolm Corley's daughter and member of the chick biker gang The Vultures. She also works as a mechanic. Later, she inherits her father's company and abandons her biker lifestyle to run the company.
- Sugar Female biker enemies in Streets of Rage 4.
- Terry Thorpe Terry Thorpe is the Gundealer for the Lost MC. He dies in GTA V.
